Minnepolitan partnered with Hendrick to design Reliance Worldwide Corporation's first Client Experience Center, transforming an existing warehouse into an immersive, hands-on destination for this global plumbing solutions leader. Reimagining the industrial shell as a workshop-driven environment. We developed environmental graphics in collaboration with RWC's marketing and sales teams to communicate product features, field benefits, and innovation history throughout the space and learned a lot about plumbing along the way. Fifteen exposed demonstration walls allow visitors to see fittings in action across residential and commercial assemblies, while a fully functional workshop zone supports live demonstrations and training sessions beneath a bold suspended steel halo, illuminated with integrated LED lighting, that frames and unifies the open volume. Mock retail aisles and flexible event space allow the center to evolve alongside RWC's growing product pipeline.

The result is a dynamic, brand-forward environment that strengthens sales, training, and client engagement for RWC worldwide.
